Using Emerson Network Power’s Aperture software solutions, part of the company’s data center infrastructure management (DCIM) solutions portfolio, Fujitsu increased the overall reliability, availability, and efficiency of its data center systems, adds a press release.

Customers typically come to us because they want efficient, flexible, and economical data center services that provide the security and resilience they need. And Emerson Network Power has been able to help us deliver on that need,” said Chris Flanagan, data center operations development manager, Fujitsu in the U.K. and Ireland. “Additionally, the Aperture solutions have helped us streamline our processes, which make it easier for customers to do business with us.”

Fujitsu is using Aperture Capacity Manager, Aperture Configuration Manager, and Aperture Infrastructure Process Manager. The Aperture software solutions have enabled Fujitsu to reduce carbon emissions by more than 2,700 metric tons per year and saved 380 man hours per month with standardized installation, move, and change processes.
