Among its leading-edge semiconductor products at booth 607, Fujitsu will showcase its revolutionary FRAM memory technology, which combines the benefits of conventional non-volatile memories with RAM. The company will also demonstrate its industry-leading graphics display controllers, which offer single-chip solutions for showing content on small-form-factor, high-resolution LCDs.

On Tues., Aug. 27, Lon Howze, standard products engineering manager at Fujitsu Semiconductor America, will make a presentation on "Situational Awareness Using 360-Degree Video Image Capture." The presentation will show how Fujitsu's groundbreaking wraparound video-imaging technology-the first such technology with approaching object detection-is used in automotive and security applications.

The presentation will cover the components enabling this advanced 3D-imaging technology, the challenge of combining multiple cameras to recreate a dynamic hemispheric view, and the process of tuning the system for building security, automotive and other applications.
