Beyer, 63, has informed about his retirement decision to the company’s board of directors, once the board decides on a capable successor, reports Dylan McGrath of EETimes.

Beyer will continue as the CEO until the Board of Directors decide on the next CEO. The decision on a new CEO would take a couple of months from now as both internal and external candidates would be considered for this position.
