NEW YORK: Retail logistics represents one of the largest and most complex global logistics networks with most retailers having thousands of vendors from every corner of the globe. In addition with the global expansion of many retailers, they now also have stores across many countries and continents. Managing all of the related complexities of such diverse and expanding networks, many operating older legacy, third party providers and 1.0 systems, requires a specialized solution to bring all of these parts together giving retailers full visibility, transparency and control, says Four Soft, a global player offering software solutions for Logistics and transportation, in a press release.

It has announced that it is well positioned to penetrate into US retail market by participating in the Logistics 2010 event organized by the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) in Orlando, Florida, between the 21st and 23rd of February 2010.

So far, Four Soft supports the complex multi-directional retail supply chain needs of global retailers such as Decathalon. RILA Logistics 2010 is a gathering of top supply-chain executives from retail and consumer products companies. Hundreds of senior executives attend every year to learn and share current trends around innovative practices and related topics surrounding the retail logistics supply chain.

Tim Sensenig, EVP, Four Soft Ltd, said, “We are glad to be taking part in the RILA Logistics 2010 Conference. This gathering of major retail & consumer products industry leaders will foster dialogue and networking focused on leading edge practices. We are sure that this participation will enhance the visibility of our global retail logistics solution in the Americas and further strengthen Four Soft’s market leadership position in providing logistics & supply chain solutions to the Global retail & consumer products market place.”
