Focus Softnet launches HR services division

HYDERABAD, INDIA: Focus Softnet announced the launch of its new recruitment division to address the human resource and IT skills requirements of its customers across the Middle East.

The new division will offer customers a wide range of services such as placement of skilled personnel including recruiting professionals for permanent or project-based requirements for all levels of the customer's business, organizational development and training programs and HR outsourcing services.

To meet the backend requirements of this new recruitment division, Focus Softnet has signed a strategic partnership agreement with IT Global Services, one of the top Executive Search Companies in India, which specializes in Recruitment Services catering to a wide spectrum of clients in India, Europe, Far East, the Americas. 

Focus Softnet's new division will support all its global branches with recruitment and placement services, training and certification courses and HR outsourcing for small to medium size companies.

"This division will act as the customer's one point contact for their HR solutions right from sourcing, staffing solutions, executive search, training, assessments to OD consulting services. Our team comprises of quality professionals, who have a strong track record of retention success and long service. We also have a carefully developed network of highly skilled industry professionals across practice areas and are confident that we will be able to fulfill all aspects of our clients' HR requirements," said Mansur Ahmed, VP, Focus Softnet.

As an extension of this business, Focus Softnet has also tied up with IT institutes and Universities in India to train and certify students, which will create a resource pool of qualified technical specialists. Focus Softnet is developing a curriculum, where specialized courses would be offered to students on general ERP, basic accounting solutions, BI and system admin certification. As part of its broader plans, Focus Softnet plans to tie-up with UAE universities to offer these courses locally in future.
