i-flex Q4 net down 9%

BANGALORE: i-flex solutions ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 32.48 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2003, a decline of 9.42 per cent, compared to a net profit of Rs 35.86 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2002. Revenue income has increased from Rs 121.06 crore in the March quarter of 2002, to Rs 145.03 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2003.






The company has posted a net profit of Rs 174.37 crore for the year ended March 31, 2003 compared to a net profit of Rs 126.76 crore for the year ended March 31, 2002, an increase of 37.55 per cent. Revenue income has increased from Rs 415.02 crore in FY02 to Rs 563.83 crore for the year ended March 31, 2003.





The company has posted a net profit of Rs 38.34 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2003. Revenue income is at Rs 161.95 crore in the March quarter of 2003.





The company has posted a net profit of Rs 170.88 crore for the year ended March 31, 2003 compared to Rs 115.29 crore in the year ended March 31, 2002, an increase of 48.21 per cent. Revenue income has increased from Rs 419.47 crore in FY02 to Rs 609.85 crore in the financial year ended March 31, 2003.





The board of directors have recommended a dividend of 50 per cent i.e. Rs 2.50 per equity share, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming annual general meeting of the company.
