i-Flex case hearing postponed in London

BANGALORE: A London court has postponed the hearing in the extradition case of Senthil Kumar, chief executive officer of i-flex solutions` Dutch subsidiary to May 2. Scheduled to be heard today, the case was put off by the Bow Street Court as the Dutch side was not ready with the necessary paper work.






Kumar was detained in london on MArch 27, for allegedly violating Dutch visa regulations, while 14 i-flex employees in the Netherlands were questioned by authorities in Amsterdam. These employees were later asked to leave the country within a week.





Though Kumar was granted bail on April 2 by Magistrate Workman on a bond of 20,000 pounds, he was asked not to leave London till the disposal of the case.
