Fabmart launches e-book collection

BANGALORE:Fabmart has launched an e-book section on www.fabmart.com

with around 2000 e-books to choose from. Leading authors like PG Wodehouse,

Oscar Wilde, Agatha Christie, Shakespeare, Sherlock Holmes, Mark Twain, Charles

Dickens, RL Stevenson, among others and ranging across categories like

mysteries, thrillers and academics to children's books are also featured. The

largest of its kind in India, Fabmart’s e-book section offers downloads of

complete books.

Currently, there are around 2000 e-books, most of which are in Adobe PDF

format with ready to print files and easy to read fonts. The average file size

of an e-book is 450 Kb, which takes around 5 minutes to download across a 28.8

Kbps connection.

The e-book section also includes the works of O Henry, Neitsche, Homer,

Plato, Dante, Milton and TS Elliot. The children’s collection include titles

such as Andersen’ s Fairy Tales, Wizard of Oz, Aesop’s Fables, Tarzan,

Jungle Book, Cinderella and those of celebrated authors such as HG Wells,

Sherlock Holmes, Mark Twain, Lewis Caroll, Charles Dickens and R L Stevenson.
