The exponential growth of Indian industry in the past 10 years has thrown ever-increasing challenges at CXO level who lack a proper forum. Dominion will strive to bridge this gap and facilitate their success by providing unique interventions to learn and network, Romi Malhotra said.

Dominion is based on a corporate membership model where membership will be by invitation. The member organizations will have access to a wide range of services that include workshops, peer group interaction, research and benchmarking, executive coaching and consulting.

The growth of the industry has also seen salaries of CXOs skyrocketing. Today there are many CXOs drawing annual salary of Rs. 5 crore, which has made hiring an Indian CXO equivalent to hiring a American or European CXO in terms of cost. However, most companies focus their training activities towards their entry level or frontline employees only, Malhotra said, stressing that the CXOs need a proper forum .

Dominion is starting its preliminary activities with the launch of Bangalore Chapter and a two-day workshop on June 2. The first in the series of interventions for a high powered CXO group will feature luminaries like Aubrey C. Daniels, an authority on applying the scientifically-proven laws of human behavior to workplace.

According to the company Chairman, the New Delhi and Mumbai chapters will be established this year. The company plans to expand its presence from Gulf nations to Australia in future. The company promoters will be investing an estimated Rs 1-2 million into the venture in 2008.
