eXception EMS reaps rewards of adapting to globalisation

CALNE, UK: eXception EMS, a leading UK based contracts electronics manufacturing solutions provider has seen an increase of nearly 25 percent growth in sales over a two year period, and an order book increase of 35 percent since 2012.

It now has over 60 active customers across a variety of industry sectors including aerospace, energy, defence, semi-conductor and oil and gas. In a bid to offer its customers a truly flexible PCBA solution, the company has also recently signed Key Partnership agreements with two Far East based PCBA solutions businesses, Pan International PLC and Team Precision PLC, after a thorough review process was completed - this planned partner programme will further increase opportunities for growth.

To date the company has seen consistent growth across all industry sectors, with highlighted focus of over 50 percent growth in its semiconductor client base, 40 percent in Defence, and 20 percent in the oil and gas sector within the last 12 months - with several new US-based customers appearing on its client roster as a result of its technical expertise and reliability record in the oil and gas industry.
