Club Plus members would also be entitled to avail discount

bargains through the Internet, via the www.thecpmall.com Web site. In addition, members

would have access to a dedicated Essar Cellphone customer service cell.

Announcing the new offers now made available for Club Plus

members, Nalin Tikkoo, CEO, Essar Cellphone, said, "Essar Cellphone's Club Plus

program launched in March this year has been an overwhelming success. The onus now lies on

us to continuously provide our privileged customers with more and more exciting

offers."

Membership to the club has been made available to only the

high value and loyal subscribers of Essar Cellphone. The screening of members to this

exclusive club service was done on a whole range of variables, which included parameters

like length of association with the Essar Cellphone network, airtime usage payment

pattern, etc.

All Club Plus members have already been issued their

non-transferable membership cards on which the subscriber's name, membership number and

validity period of the card have been embossed. In addition to this, each member has been

provided with direct and personalized access to a customer care executive, who in turn is

on call on a priority basis to take care of any queries which the Club Plus member may

have.

On producing the membership card in five star hotels,

entertainment hangouts etc, a Club Plus member can benefit from a range of privilege

discounts and special offers and most importantly, personalized service.
