ESS upgrades its ERP offering

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Eastern Software System (ESS), a provider in ERP solutions and services to clients worldwide, has announced the launch of the latest version of its flagship ERP eBizFrame - Version 7.4.

The latest version incorporates major changes and redesigning of the reports, numbering over 200, being generated by the various modules of eBizFrame currently, said a press release.

Several new reports including parameterization of Tax/VAT/Excise have been introduced in the new version. A Button Level Security has also been introduced. This version works with the latest Oracle 10g Release 2 Version.

ESS has also developed an MS-Excel based tool which would enable users to create/modify reports based on the live data available in eBizFrame.

Users can refresh the data in real time with the aid of this tool, said the release.

A template has been created which resides on the central server, users can download the template and modify it as per their requirement.

The data fetched from the ERP then gets securely stored in the MS-Excel worksheet. The template also includes several interesting add-ons for generating graphs and MIS Reports which are normally most sought after by the Senior and Middle Management in an enterprise to crystallize their business decisions.
