CHARLOTTE, US:Premier Purchasing Partners, LP, has announced new agreements for integrated platforms have been awarded to Beckman Coulter Inc. of Brea, Calif.; Roche Diagnostics Corporation of Indianapolis; and Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Inc. of Deerfield, Ill.

Effective April 1, 2010, the agreements are available to acute care and continuum of care members of the Premier healthcare alliance.

The Premier healthcare alliance is a performance improvement alliance of more than 2,300 U.S. hospitals and 67,000-plus other healthcare sites working together to achieve high quality, cost-effective care.

Owned by not-for-profit hospitals, Premier says it maintains the nation's most comprehensive repository of clinical, financial and outcomes information and operates a leading healthcare purchasing network.
