The new offering helps companies to improve their business continuity programs with program management teams and subject matter experts who help drive the development of long-term business continuity strategies to improve recovery time and reduce data loss in the wake of a disaster.

EMC Global Services professionals create regular management reports on key business continuity program metrics allowing customers to track their investments and progress more effectively.

The service combines best practices from hundreds of EMC business continuity engagements to provide fully documented processes, tools and training materials, saving customers the expense and time of creating them, according to an EMC press release.
