EMC appoints Ace Data for NCR

NEW DELHI, INDIA: EMC Corporation has appointed Ace Data Devices as its authorized service network partner for NCR region. Ace would be responsible for providing backup, recovery, archiving and e-mail extender for all EMC products. Ace Data's Engineers have gone through training and certification program by EMC.

"Our engineers have already been into this field and will be providing after-sale support for EMC," said Neeraj Mediratta, MD, Ace Data Devices. 

For other regions, EMC has been providing services directly along with TCS, Wipro and Select Technologies.

Ace Data would provide 80 percent of its services to NCR region and rest 20 percent it would be focusing on South and West region.

"Ace has attained backup and storage expertise and they will be responsible for the NCR region. We have customers in all verticals and will be taken care of by Ace now," said Praveen Sahai, Head—Marketing and Corporate Affairs, EMC India.
