India Today Group Online has launched India Decides

www.indiadecides.com), a Web site dedicated to the 1999 general elections. The site

features daily audio, video and multimedia enhanced news, events and trends analysis from

the weekly news magazine India Today, more than two lakh State-wise and constituency-wise

statistics of previous elections, profiles of major parties and their leaders and an

extensive reference section. The site also hosts interactive polls on hot issues and

discussion forums for visitors to express and exchange opinions.

Other interactive features include live chats with senior

politicians and leading political analysts, exclusively created downloads like

screensavers, wallpapers and desktop themes and a fun and games section. A special section

will be dedicated to humor and politics, to which visitors will be able to send

contributions.
