eInfochips celebrates “Family Day”

BANGALORE, INDIA: eInfochips, a leading product engineering services company, ushered in a new initiative as part of its annual employee engagement program.

The company invited the families of all employees to visit the organization's premises, where they were given a tour of the design centers and lab facilities, for an insight into the work done by the company.

This "Family Day" initiative, celebrated across all eInfochips' centers in Ahmedabad, Pune, Noida, Chennai and Bangalore, was part of a series of unique HR initiatives taken by the company to involve the larger ecosystem into the company's growth. Paramita Kapat, Global HR Head at eInfochips said, "The ecosystem plays a major role in our team being energetic and efficient. With our core value being CUSTOMER FIRST, there are times when family matters take a back seat. This event is to acknowledge and applaud the contribution of our families to the success and growth of eInfochips." The event was a social platform for employee families to bond with their colleagues, and their managers.

They also played various games organized by eInfochips, with special events for children. Winners were also given prizes at the end of the event. Parag Mehta, the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer at eInfochips said, "eInfochips works on exciting new technologies for the aerospace, medical devices and semiconductor verticals and having young children visit the design floor and labs would ignite their interest in technology."
