ECAD Technologies adopts Cadence PCB design solutions

NEW DELHI: Cadence Design Systems, Inc., a supplier of electronic design

products and services has announced that Bangalore based ECAD Technologies Ltd.,

has deployed Cadence high-speed printed circuit board (PCB) design solutions to

help automate its layout process for high-speed boards.

ECAD Technologies, a company with core competence in the field of design

engineering for electronic systems, has chosen Cadence PCB Design Expert and

SPECCTRAQuest Signal Integrity (SI) Expert to use in designing its

high-performance products. The PCB Design environment includes Allegro Expert,

Constraint Manager, PCB Librarian, Concept HDL, and SPECCTRAExpert.

As a part of ECAD's expansion plan, "We decided to evaluate and purchase a
high-end PCB design and high-speed simulation system," said Cadence Design

Systems, country manager Himanshu Singh. He said, "ECAD is posed with the
