DTL ranked 3rd among big wigs

MUMBAI: Non-voice BPO service provider Datamatics Technologies Limited (DTL) has been ranked third

globally among global Document Process Outsourcing (DPO) providers in Brown-Wilson Group's annual survey of outsourcing service providers.

Datamatics said in a statement that it was placed just behind the combined R.R. Donnelley/ OfficeTiger/ Astron organisation and Integreon.

Results published in Brown-Wilson Group’s 2006 "Black Book of Outsourcing" survey were compiled using

information solicited from more than 100,000 global outsourcing users, decision-makers, analysts, employees, and customers. Nearly 900 outsourcing providers of various service offerings were graded and analysed by

survey respondents.
