Tracking lost or cloned mobile phones on real times basis can soon be a reality in India.
According to reports, the Government is considering a thinking on a is likely to launch a pilot project using the new technology developed by Telecordia.
The CDIR developed by Telecordia, stakeholder in MNP Interconnection, consolidates real-time and non-real time to address traditional mobile device challenges such as mobile theft, invalid device blocking, counterfeiting and cloning detection.
