I am using intense graphic / video / audio applications, where larger display is preferable. As of now I am using two CRT monitors and two display cards to increase my workspace. One for the workspace and another for the app tools. Additionally I use a TV for my video editing output. Can I purchase a large LCD TV say 52" to double up for my second monitor? As of now the problems I see is that Unlike CRTs, LCDs TVs/ monitors dont support y resolutions > 800 pixels. Thats bad. Secondly does analog VGA signal appear as good on a LCD TV?
