Delta launches new UPS series 'NH Plus'

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Delta Group, a provider of advanced power supply products, today announced the launch of its new series of uninterruptible power supply (UPS), named ‘NH Plus’.

The new series is designed with efficiency at the forefront for significant electricity savings for the users and with a modular structure, providing easy inventory management and minimized Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), said a press release.

Delta said the NH Plus series maintains 94 per cent efficiency even under 25 per cent loading conditions, making it the first of its kind across the globe, and it can save customers approximately Rs 1, 25,000 electricity bills annually, depending on local power costs.

“Growing environmental concerns and limited resources are affecting everyone, and companies in every industry are taking steps to decrease electricity costs,” said Deepak Sharma, Country Business Head, Delta UPS. “Delta has designed the NH Plus Series UPS to assist customers in reducing waste and conserving energy, as well as reducing the cost of running their business.”

Another cost reduction feature of the series, according to Delta, is its hot-swappable modular structure. Each power module delivers 20kVA high power density in a 3U height chassis. Total power options include 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 up to 480kVA in two different cabinet styles.
