Delta Data acquires 22c2 services from SunGard Data Systems

COLUMBUS, USA: Delta Data Software Inc. has completed the acquisition of the 22c2 Services solution of SunGard Data Systems Inc., a leading global software and technology services company.

Delta Data has renamed the 22c2 Services as Data Analysis, Reporting and Transparency ("DART"). DART will relocate main operations to Columbus, GA. The acquisition extends Delta Data's participation, expertise and leadership in the mutual fund industry.
