Every year, the program witnesses a multitude of entrepreneurial companies from various industries vying for the “Best Managed” accolade. The rigorous and independent evaluation process benchmarks organisations against a comprehensive framework, encompassing strategy, capabilities, innovation, culture and commitment, governance, and financials, which collectively assess overall business performance and the potential for sustained growth. Participants also benefit from the Deloitte coaching experience at the Best Managed Applicant Lab, where they delve into what defines a “Best Managed” company, drawing upon the program’s nearly three decades of insights and best practices.
