NEW DELHI, INDIA: The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has floated a tender for developing a mobile application that will provide information about metro stations and Delhi Metro fares.
The tender also includes the new ones coming up in Phase III.
Metro passengers could access apps from their smartphones that will provide the required information about buses, tourist spots and helpline numbers without being connected to the Internet. As per DMRC, the final date of submission of the tender is March 28.
The application would aim at providing information about the nearest Metro station, travel time, Metro map and parking availability.
