Defence dept US rolls out $70-mn contract

LOS ANGELES:AECOM Technology Corporation, a provider of professional technical and management support services for public and private sector clients in more than 130 countries around the world, announced that a joint venture in which it participates has been awarded a $70-million contract from the U.S. Department of Defense’s Washington Headquarters Services organization.

Under the 5-year contract, AECOM will provide construction-management services related to ongoing projects at the Pentagon Reservation and ancillary facilities.

This is AECOM’s fifth such contract with Washington Headquarters Services.
