Datacraft India Cisco UC certified

NEW DELHI: Cisco has selected Datacraft India as its first Master Specialized Unified Communications Partner in the Asia Pacific region. With this Datacraft India becomes the fifth partner worldwide to have been awarded this certification on Unified Communications (UC) by Cisco. This certification recognizes Datacraft’s ability to offer highly complex and customized solutions on the UC platform, Cisco said in a statement. Mike Allen, director Channels and Operation, Cisco APAC, said, “Cisco offers Master Specialization as a part of Enhanced Channel Partner Programs (ECPP) in its endeavor to reward committed partners and equip them with in-depth skills in specialized areas.” “UC is one such critical high growth area for Cisco in APAC and by demonstrating deep commitment and expertise, Datacraft has emerged as an ideal partner for Cisco to leverage the growth opportunity in this area,” he added. The UC certification follows a stringent process requiring partner in demonstrating technology, business value and service efficiency.
