CSS signs deal with Alcatel-Lucent

CHENNAI, INDIA: Cybernet-SlashSupport (CSS), Chennai based provider in technology operations, today announced that it has signed a new multi year-multi million dollar with Alcatel-Lucent, a global communications provider.

Through this deal CSS would provide tech support in French, German and Spanish to Alcatel-Lucent's European customers from its facility in Wroclaw, Poland, which was opened in February this year, said a press release.

The company statement mentioned that it is investing over $3million for its Polish expansion and would currently provides tech support for Alcatel-Lucent's enterprise products in telecommunications verticals across 130 countries worldwide.

Shiva Ramani, co-founder and CEO, Cybernet-SlashSupport said, "This new expanded engagement with Alcatel-Lucent widens our tech support offering to multiple languages and opens up an entirely new market for us.

“Into the future, the multi-lingual support will be an asset to more and more companies as they seek to expand their business into those parts of the world where the French, German and Spanish languages are spoken, " he added.

He commented that they were optimistic on the European Outsourcing market and would see growth opportunities specifically in the Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) space.
