CSS Corp using Video Conf for cutting travel, aiding reviews

NEW DELHI, INDIA: CSS Corp has selected Avaya Scopia video conferencing capabilities to enhance its collaboration portfolio.

CSS Corp, a technology support company supporting enterprise and consumer products & managing IT infrastructure, has deployed Avaya’s video conferencing solutions globally. The solutions will help improve engagement between CSS Corp’s global clients and over 5500 technology professionals working across 15 locations, as per a press update.

The Avaya solutions deployed by CSS Corp aim at reducing travel time for employees by enabling them to participate in HD video sessions from their preferred or most convenient endpoint using Scopia Desktop and Mobile clients, delivering new value especially for internal communication and collaboration. The executive management now conducts reviews and weekly calls on video, as explained.

The head office and other branch offices are also supported by IP telephony services provided by Avaya. The continuous support and service of all solutions has been provided by Avaya.
