Ramachandran Natesan takes over as chief financial officer

Phaneesh has served as the chief executive officer of iGATE Global Solutions since 2003

Phaneesh was previously head of Global Sales and Marketing for Infosys Technologies.

Ramachandran replaced Michael J. Zugay who will retire after 13 years of service with iGATE.
