Secure Remote Access to Windows Mobile Powered Devices

Check Point SecureClient Mobile allows users to roam without interruption to service or security.

To give employees a secure remote access to company's enterprise e-mail and critical business applications, Check Point Software Technologies has come up with mobile security solution for Windows Mobile powered devices.

Christened as SecureClient Mobile, the client maintains continuous VPN connectivity with Check Point VPN-1 and Connectra gateways when roaming across networks, and eliminates the need for end-users to re-authenticate. Check Point SecureClient Mobile allows users to roam without interruption to service or security.

Check Point SecureClient Mobile allows users location-independent network access which is designed for mobility and portability and device security for data protection from hackers and malware. The Client also provides Advanced roaming which provides session continuation and credential caching that enables automatic re-connection without re-entering user and security credentials to preserve the VPN session and productivity.

Advanced networking features in the client enable IP application to communicate directly to the mobile device through the VPN tunnel, such as Microsoft's Direct Push Technology to send e-mail, calendar, contact to Windows Mobile powered devices.

Users with the help of client are provided centralized management and policy Control: Policy control through a single, unified management interface with Over the Air (OTA) capability ensures automatic update, compliance and remediation.
