 Infosys partnered with a leading US-based company in networking domain to develop product, enhance and test VoIP PBX. Innovative modules and features were conceptualized and architected. Bulk of the product R&D was done at offshore and strong process helped reduce time to market.
Infosys has also done tracking and trouble-shooting of the IP-PBX system, an enterprise-wide phone system that serves as a gateway to both voice and data networks of another leading global supplier of networking equipment and network management solution provider. Infosys partnered with the client in all the phases of the Product R & D cycle to design and develop a web-based solution that interacts with the IP-PBX database, allowing administrators to troubleshoot dial plans from any client desktop using a web browser. Client's association with Infosys enabled it to file a US patent for its innovation in troubleshooting dial plans with IP-PBX.
