BANGALORE: PCS, a part of the transnational PCS Group, had bagged its first banking software order from Mangal Co-operative Bank for complete bank automation of two of its new branches, one at Malad and one at Dahisar. The implementation process and execution was completed in 14 days. The total order was valued at Rs 16 lakh. The Banking software implemented, O'Banker, is a DOS based software, which is netware based.
Some of the key features of O'banker include Asset Liability Management, NPA monitoring, quick EMI calculations, Branch Connectivity for wider access, NPA monitoring as per RBI guidelines, Account Vision - A Mini CRM system, Telebanking Solutions and Internet Banking Suite. The company plans to close a few more orders worth Rs 50 lakh in the recent future. Krupashankar Singh, Minister of Home, Maharashtra inaugurated the Mangal Co-operative Bank’s branch.
