Specifically, Wipro’s Strategic Consulting Services would comprise business planning/business process improvement, IT strategy articulation and implementation and business technology consulting. It would offer its proven strategic consulting services in the areas of customer relationship management, supply chain management, data warehousing, executive information systems (EIS), knowledge management (KM) and Web services.

Wipro’s IT governance and optimization consulting practice assists businesses to carry out an assessment of their information technology management processes, benchmark the same with industry standard practices and provide concrete action steps to bridge the concomitant gaps.

Its process consulting services would encompass business process improvement and change management consulting. The services offered include organization-wide framework consulting, process improvements in specific areas using Six Sigma and quality improvement in the areas of software development, systems implementation and people process, Wipro's experience with SEI CMM/CMMi and PCMM would be offered as a service to its customers.
