HYDERABAD: Furthering a host of acquisitions, Atlanta-based STI Knowledge, a healthcare BPO, has now changed its corporate identity to Integreo to maintain uniformity.
The company has charted out plans to set up two centers one in Hyderabad and the other in North India and scale up the employee base to 3000 by 2006. It has also decided to invest $50 million to further the growth plans.
Corroborating the growth strategy, Integreo Chairman and CEO Satish K Sanan said, “The acquisitions we made so far including HPS and Symphony, fetched good business and we will continue with the mix of organic and inorganic growth. Presently, we have one facility in Hyderabad and going forward, we would like to have an additional 1000 sq. ft. center in Hyderabad and another 1,000 sq. ft., center most probably in Pune." "These centers would house nearly 1500 people individually and we intend to scale our manpower to 3000 by 2006,” he added.
“We are on the verge of buying two more US-based companies in the next 30 days. One is a $180 million revenue management company and the other a $20 million medical management company. We are also looking at $200 million customer acquisition,” explained Sanan.
According to Sanan, the company is targeting to close fiscal year 05-06 with revenues of around $50 million. “If the proposed acquisitions fructify as expected in the next 30 days, we expect the combined revenues to be around $90 to $100 million for the financial year 2006,” added Sanan.
