BANGALORE: Operations oriented training provider OnTrac has launched Xcelerate program for senior frontline staff in the BPO industry.
OnTrac said in a statement that the one-year long Xcelerate program would help in reducing attrition among senior BPO frontline staff by providing them with developmental opportunities for future roles.
“This is yet another first for OnTrac, which has already successfully addressed the need for developing Team Leaders through its Star Certification Program. The Xcelerate program will help agents get promoted to a role of their choice within their own organization,” according to Ravi Venkatesam, director, OnTrac.
The company would train around 2000 BPO employees under the program within the next year, the statement said.
