BANGALORE: In anticipation of approval of the merger of Scandent Solutions Ltd and Cambridge Services Holdings LLC, Chris Sinclair, Executive Chairman and CEO of Scandent Solutions announced the creation of a new corporate position of Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer.
The new position, which reports into Sinclair, will focus on developing value add business solutions by preparing the company for significant growth and new capabilities.
Specifically, the position will be charged with better penetrating existing and new accounts through cross-selling of IT and BPO services, helping to rapidly scale some of the company's new BPO capabilities, and ensuring that the company has the right skills and tools to sell effectively across businesses and geographies.
The new position will also work closely with Scandent's Executive Vice Chairman, Satyen Patel in developing M&A strategies, exploring strategic alliances, and evaluating options to further accelerate growth performance.
“For this new role, Dilip Keshu, currently President, Scandent Solutions, to fill this key position,” said Chris Sinclair. “We are also pleased to announce Keshu's successor, Pawan Kumar as the new President, Scandent Solutions.”
Most recently, Pawan was Chairman and CEO of vMoksha Technologies Pvt. Ltd, a company, which he founded in 2001. Previously, Pawan spent nearly two decades at companies such as TCS, Fujutsu, IBM Global Services (President), among others.
Pawan will be based in Scandent Solutions' Bangalore office in India and Dilip will be based in the company's Princeton office in New Jersey, USA.
