According to the press release, FCS uses realistic images and environment, instead of animations or sketches, to avoid a very raw, immature look and feel. The company has built an interactive game for senior managers by using Flash for interactive front end, SQL database for user level and XML for creating read only database for the application layer. The whole game has been divided in two main sections, and uses Flash action script extensively to create the user interface and intricacies of the game with keyboard and mouse as main input device. Macromedia Shockwave is the only plug-in required and can be run successfully on any Windows based operating system. For better output, Windows 98 and above is recommended.
