Kenan FX is designed to serve the needs of the convergent global telecommunications marketplace, including next generation mobile, wireline, broadband and IP service providers. This new offering is available in a variety of delivery models, including as an in-house software solution, a service bureau or managed operations.
Kenan FX features Customer Center-a new call center interface that provides mission-critical customer care functionality tailored to a telecom operator's needs without the functionality overhead or cost of a traditional CRM system. Customer Center provides order fulfillment and customer care support in a single application that is integrated with billing, and can address any language or multiple languages as well as any currency.
Another addition to the framework is a comprehensive middle layer architecture, which makes it easier and less costly to integrate products across the Kenan FX product portfolio as well as with third-party applications, ensuring a lower total cost of ownership over time.
This new offering is the culmination of CSG's strategic acquisitions, which have focused on bringing together the strongest applications that help operators increase revenues and lower operational costs in a way that fits with their existing infrastructure.
