BCGI becomes wholly-owned subsidiary of Megasoft; BCGI shares to be de-listed from NASDAQ

HYDERABAD, INDIA: Megasoft Limited, intellectual property-driven, product-based technology company, has completed its acquisition of Boston Communications Group.

The merger follows the successful completion of the tender offer by Megasoft for all of the shares of BCGI. As a result of the merger BCGI has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Megasoft; BCGI shares will be de-listed from the NASDAQ Global Market, Megasoft said in a release on Friday.

This acquisition would change the profile of Megasoft, making it a dominant player in the telecom OSS and billing products and applications space, Megasoft said in a statement
