Concentrix expands India footprint

FREMONT, USA: Concentrix Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corp., a global business services company, has expanded its footprint in India with the opening of a new facility in Gurgaon to support one of the world's largest technology companies in its domestic India business.

Concentrix is initially targeting the creation of 150 jobs to support consumer and small-to-medium business (SMB) interactions at the new facility with room for significant expansion.

The new Gurgaon team leverages Concentrix' purpose-built technology solutions to assist its client in generating new revenue and market share through pre-sales support, closed loop account management, SMB sales and lead generation programs. The management team leading the new location brings decades of sales and service experience to Gurgaon and has the skills to build and lead a world class organization.

The Gurgaon facility is strategically located near New Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport and provides significant opportunity for growth and expansion, as North India is home to prominent financial, high-tech and telecommunication companies. In addition to the new Gurgaon facility, Concentrix continues to support domestic and global clients from two other major India locations in Bangalore and Chennai.
