Compuware recognized by MBPA program

BANGALORE, INDIA: Compuware Corporation, a provider in IT solutions, today announced that it has earned the “diversity and multiculturalism” top honor as part of the “101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” award program.

The program is sponsored by Michigan Business and Professional Association (MBPA), in which Compuware also earned its eighth consecutive overall selection as one of 'Metro Detroit’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For' said a press release.

“Compuware continues to excel as a great place to work, supporting employees of all races and backgrounds. The company’s longevity on our list and its excellence in diversity are attractive draws to both finding and keeping outstanding talent,” said Jennifer Kluge, MBPA executive vice president.

The selection, recognition and awarding of Metropolitan Detroit’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For allows businesses to showcase their best practices.

This year’s awards included 11 “Elite” categories, including the “Diversity and Multiculturalism” category awarded to Compuware.

According to MBPA, Elite award recipients represent innovative and progressive human resources initiatives. MBPA represents more than 20,000 businesses and 160,000 employees, annually honors leading Michigan companies, large and small that are committed to innovative human resource practices that create great places to work the release further added.
