Compuware names new MD for India

BANGALORE, INDIA: Compuware, a provider of IT services, today announced that it has appointed Neeraj Dotel as managing director for its India Operations.

Dotel will be responsible for building the Compuware India team and incubating its business in the fast-growing Indian market. As the managing director for India, he will also be a part of the core team responsible for creating strategies for emerging markets, said a press release.

Dotel is a software industry veteran, having spent close to 11 years in Microsoft India. During the course of his career, he has also worked with leading IT companies such as EMC Data Storage Systems and HCL. For most of his career, he has worked very closely with financial services customers, vendors and regulators and is a Subject Matter Expert on technology in banking, especially around financial inclusion and mobile payments.

With the appointment of Dotel as the managing director of Compuware India, the company strengthens its customer focus and consolidates its business offerings in India, the release added.
