Compaq ties up with QSupport for online support

NEW DELHI: Compaq Computer India Pvt. Ltd. has tied up with QSupport

Technologies, which is into computing and Internet usage support, to provide

home users online service and support.

Compaq Presario users can now seek answers to all PC usage and

interoperability queries round the clock from qualified QSupport technical

experts. Consumers can send their queries through email to mypresariohelpline@compaq.com,

a dedicated email helpline created specially for Compaq Presario users and

expect prompt responses to their queries from QSupport Technologies

Troubleshooters.

Speaking on the partnership, Sudhir Puthran, Country Manager, Consumer

Services, Compaq Computers, said, "Compaq believes in providing the best

customer experience. Our role no longer ends with selling a PC to a customer but

extends to providing all relevant support they need while using the PC. Our

partnership with QSupport Technologies will allow Compaq Presario users to seek

any help they need, any time of the day to enhance their PC usage

experience."
