One slide stands out as the best set of advise. Here is what it says:
- Do not use CP as a short term tactic
- Ensure clarity on objectives and committed to consistent dialogue
- Be realistic about ROI
- Don't jump in and jump out
- Customer engagement is not a one night stance
There are interesting case studies and some very good numbers on custom publishing. Let me know what you think.
