The company claims that it has enabled safe browsing for more than a million users through its WebFilter and Anti-Porn browser extensions, and its Android Safe Browser.

CloudACL allows any small-to-medium business (SMB) developer to access the same platform free-of-charge by releasing SDKs for Android, iOS, Java and Python, as well as an open RESTs API, the company said.

"As mobile applications have proliferated, immense numbers of small development organizations are creating applications," said Tom Xie, CloudACL CEO.

"As security is often a side concern for those developers, we wanted to make it incredibly easy to integrate web security solutions. By making it possible to integrate security in only four lines of code, nobody can say that security solutions are cost-preventive. CloudACL wants every user to have peace of mind knowing their apps are safe and they are protected from the many and ever-changing malicious attacks and threats on the internet," added Xie.

The platform classifies billions of web-pages across 20 million domains to enable application developers to immediately prevent their users from surfing or being redirected to malicious sites that host spyware, adware and malware.
