Gupta says the recent Eurozone crisis made him come back to the corporate world
NEW DELHI, INDIA: Former Intel South Asia director for sales and marketing Rajesh Gupta has joined flash storage company SanDisk. In his new role, Gupta heads the sales portfolio.

With more than two decades of industry experience, Gupta joined Intel in 1996. Initially, he was responsible for managing local OEM accounts and channel network. He left Silicon major in mid-2011 and started a venture capital firm.
Gupta informed CIOL that the recent Eurozone crisis has led his comeback to the corporate world. Based out of Bangalore, Gupta as sales director is reporting to SanDisk country head Manisha Sood.
Prior to Intel, Gupta worked with CMC (1989-95) as a product manager. He is an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
