SAP Business One, powered by SAP Hana, aims to provide SMEs with real-time access to information tailored to their individual requirements
DELHI, INDIA: SAP AG on Tuesday announced the launch of a new solution that will deliver the benefits of the SAP HANA platform to small businesses and midsize enterprises (SMEs).The company claimed in a press release that SAP Business One, powered by SAP Hana, revolutionizes decision-making by increasing the speed of existing processes and accessing large amounts of data in shorter periods of time.
This solution aims to provide SMEs with real-time access to information tailored to their individual requirements. SAP HANA is in-memory data management software on SAP partner hardware.
“Small businesses have the dual need of a real-time software platform for their business, and yet simplicity in their IT landscapes,” said Dr. Vishal Sikka, member of the SAP Executive Board, Technology & Innovation Platform, SAP AG.
“SAP HANA enables nearly 80 per cent of our customers, which are SMEs, to bring together structured and unstructured data analysis from any source, as well as transactional applications and analytics, in a single highly scalable, elastic infrastructure for true real-time computing,” he added.
