BANGALORE: BNA Technology Consulting has launched of a new venture www.bnaITmart.com. The new venture combines e-tailing with the creation of a localized support channel across India to make delivery of a complete IT infrastructure solution. The online store will have a wide range of branded IT and networking products and accessories including Tablet PC’s, Notebook PC, Notebooks, Thin Clients, Servers, Data & Voice cabling, wireless switches, routers, IP cameras ,Plotters, Scanners, Printers, Operating systems etc.

Commenting on the new venture, Ranganathan V, Managing Director, BNA Technology Consulting, said,” We are certain that there is a demand for quality IT/networking products in Tier III cities and towns. More and more small and medium businesses in these places are setting up or sprucing their IT infrastructure relying on whatever resources is available locally or trying to tap into the expertise in Tier II and I cities. These options are either expensive or result in poor implementation which constrain these businesses from taking maximum advantage of IT/networking.”

We have carefully studied the earlier models, spent time in understanding the customer needs in these markets. This has resulted in us adopting the e-tailing model which is accessible anytime, anywhere and provides cost efficiencies and simpler supply chains. The online store embedded with “LivServ” our live support tool would be utilized extensively to capture and create expertise available in these places. We will then train them to address the lack of quality implementation support locally. In essence, we are actually creating a new channel which would make quality IT infrastructure solutions delivery possible beyond Tier I and II cities,” he further added.
