Scandent Solutions strengthen its management

New Delhi: Scandent Solutions Corporation Limited, soon to be known as Cambridge Solutions Ltd., one of the largest knowledge-based IT and BPO firms in the world, has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Scandent Group Inc., USA has acquired US-based Nexplicit, a leading SAP (System Applications and Products) services provider with a strong focus in the entertainment and high-technology manufacturing industries.

“SAP continues to dominate the enterprise solutions market and we are delighted to augment our presence in this area with the acquisition of Nexplicit, a SAP consulting partner with an American blue chip client base,” said Dilip Keshu, Scandent’s chief strategy and corporate development officer. “We are impressed with Nexplicit’s strong management team, client base, and client relations which will provide numerous synergistic opportunities. The addition of this profitable company will also boost revenue and margins for Scandent’s IT division.”

Nexplicit, an SAP Vertical Solution Reseller (VSR), is both an authorized SAP business partner and SAP service provider; and also works with Fortune 500 companies. Nexplicit focuses on providing staff augmentation, solutions development, implementation and support on SAP application systems, and offers an industry-specific solution to the entertainment industry called MediaFINALE. With a marquee client base and more than 110 professionals located in the US and India, Nexplicit has annual revenue in excess of $13 million.
